RULES FOR REVIEWERS
General provisions
The manuscript is subject to anonymous review by two leading experts in the relevant field. The authors may propose candidates for independent reviewers for their work, and the editorial board is sympathetic to such wishes, but reserves the right to involve those reviewers who will conduct a more thorough analysis of the work.
Reviewers are informed that the manuscripts submitted to them are the private property of the authors and are classified as non-disclosable information.
The reviewer's decision is not final. The author of the article has the right to provide a reasoned response to the editorial board in case of disagreement with the reviewer's decision. The article may be sent for additional review or for approval by the Editorial Board. The decision of the Editorial Board is final in resolving disputes that arise in the process of reviewing the article.
If the reviewers reject the article, the editorial board sends a written notice to the author.
An article sent to the author for revision must be returned in a revised form within 3 weeks. The revised version of the article should be accompanied by a letter from the authors, containing answers to all comments and explaining all changes made in the article.
The version of the article corrected by the authors and agreed with the reviewers is considered final and must be signed by the reviewers and the scientific editor"To print", after which substitutions of text, figures, or tables become unacceptable.
