<\/a>Ethical principles in the relationship between authors and the editorial board<\/strong><\/p>\n

The editorial board pursues a policy aimed at observing the principles of publishing ethics and is guided by the provisions on the ethics of scientific publications (Committee on Publication Ethics<\/a><\/em>, COPE). Compliance with the rules of ethics of scientific publications by all participants in this process helps to ensure the authors' rights to intellectual property, improve the quality of the publication in the eyes of the global scientific community and exclude the possibility of misuse of copyrighted materials in the interests of individuals.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Decision to publish an article<\/strong><\/h4>\n

This decision should always be made on the basis of checking the reliability of the data presented and the importance of the work for researchers and readers. The Editor-in-Chief should not have any conflict of interest in relation to the articles he\/she rejects or accepts. The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal are accepted for publication and which are rejected. In doing so, he or she is guided by the journal's policy and legal requirements such as the prevention of libel, plagiarism and copyright infringement. In addition, the Editor-in-Chief may consult with members of the Editorial Board and reviewers when making a decision on publication.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Justice<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Editor-in-Chief should evaluate the manuscript solely on the basis of its scientific content, regardless of the race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political views of the authors of the manuscript.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Privacy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The editor-in-chief, editorial staff, and members of the editorial board should not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the author(s), potential and assigned reviewers, advisors to the editorial board, and the publisher.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Disclosure of information and conflict of interest<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Unpublished data obtained from the submitted manuscripts should not be used by the editor-in-chief, editorial staff, members of the editorial board for personal purposes or transferred to third parties (without the written permission of the author<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

The Editor-in-Chief should not allow information to be published if there are sufficient grounds to believe that it is plagiarized. The article, if accepted for publication, is placed in the public domain,\u00a0copyright is reserved by the authors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Investigation of ethical complaints<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Editor-in-Chief, together with the publisher, should not leave unanswered claims concerning the manuscripts under consideration or published materials. In the event of a conflict situation, they should take all necessary measures to restore the violated rights, and if errors are found, they should facilitate the publication of corrections or refutations. Each reported case of unethical behavior in relation to publication should be investigated, even if it was discovered years after the publication of the article.<\/p>\n
